I'm in, if for nothing else than to see how close we can get to 1000. I too have wondered about others' intentions/motivations here and how much more can everyone commit to "the cause". I wish those lower level tribe members were forum members too so we could communicate our collective wishes for the tribe as a whole. I'd hoped that they at least knew of our forum and would read the tribal posts. There are some members who seem to only level to the same number week to week and don't try to increase their input but I know it's unfair to try to guess what their circumstances are. Some may not play every day or their islands are top priority each time they log in to their game. We just don't know. I could be spending my shards buying more "likes" or feeding them higher so they would earn more shards but I'd stockpiled my coins to upgrade those way-too-expensive castles. So I realize others have to make their own choices too but I'd really LOVE to get to level 1000 since we broke 750 so early this time.

Yay my pompom made it to lev 70. Go pom, go pom, shake your diamond maker.... animated-laughing-smiley-emoticon I had to use shards food & coins combination. I only have 820 shards left, thats 8 hundred & 20.  But if we win 15 shards i will be sooo   |

 @1luvgaming you always make me smile. Thank You!  Go PomPom! I saw that 70! s4389 Wow did you go all in. 820 shards left? You're rich! Jdoodles has less than 4. Firefly is holding her own. I used everything I saved yesterday and today and still have 200,000 shards I saved for my last Ethereal Island decorations which means...I can keep leveling up. I'd like to give it a bit of time to see what other Tribe members do. We still have 3 days left. If we want to know what the unknown Tribal members are capable of or what they are willing to commit, we'll see it...or not. I'll throw every shard from Firefly I earn in the next 3 days but Jdoodles is poor, dirt poor, don't expect much from there but I'll try. It has just gotten ugly expensive to feed at Tribal for Firefly. To level up from level 90 to 91, I feed in increments of 4, will cost 8,460 shards and it will keep costing more, so you're going to see a slowdown in leveling. I just upped my level by 5, and will certainly help to get us to that 1000 by Sunday. Have to admit, been spending way to much time of DOF :-/

Yes, you people who've been playing DOF nonstop, STOP IT and get your priorities straight! We've got a tribe to level to 1000 and it's NOT found anywhere on Dawn of Fire.

Seriously though, let's not forget that this thread can't be seen by anyone who's not a forum member. Only those guests who are reading the Tribal Discussions or the shoutbox will see that we're gunning for 1000 levels this week. I'm going to post something right now in the TD thread to encourage the "lower level" people to try to level their tribal monsters more this week and every week from now on because it's harder for those on higher levels to level up due to the greater amounts that are required.

Hey, here's a SHOUTOUT to all tribe members but especially to those on "lower levels". This means those who are on single digit tribe levels but may also include those who are higher than level nine or in the teen numbers too. We're almost at level 1000 as a tribe but it may not be obvious that it gets much harder to level up one's tribal monster the higher you go. The coin, food, and shard requirements are greater, so it takes a lot longer than when we were just starting out. In other words, we need you more than you know, especially now that we're so close to reaching our goal. So if you, who are on a lower level, are able to and are willing, please level up as far as you can so that we can reach our level 1000 goal for the tribe. I guarantee that you'll feel great as you contribute to the goals of the tribe as a whole. Please consider increasing your input this week and each week thereafter because it shows the rest of the tribal members that you care about the tribe and what we do for each other. Meaning weekly DIAMOND REWARDS!

Maybe Lemony Snicket can manage to round the n ext level for her two monsters too... they are mid-between levels at the moment. That would make two levels more if she managed that. And then we would have only 16 levels left. And I can manage a couple of levels every day I hope. We will get there!

KATY hasn't leveled yet and she usually levels up good. and i agree about every 1 should level up more as they progress. i leveled this week with just shards earned by 1 etheral and got higher than i usually do. i no we are trying to be a tolerant tribe but lets face it we are greedy for diamonds. they are a girls best friend after all. lol max out at 1500 next week?

LOL, maybe a bit early to reach for the 1500 just yet... some of us need to get more monsters on ethereal first. Without a solid crop from them, it would be very difficult. But we can do it, eventually! |

Yea, you guys need to pay attention to our islands before you slap our hands, poor smellrose still has 2 or 3 islands to UNLOCK, luvgaming island has NO ethereals on E-I yet. Some islands are fully developed but still not leveling tribe SM.
From this day forward, i will match level with my Chief. As long as i follow my leaders example, no one can say anything to me. A tribe is only as strong as its chief. If we get 20 diamonds - yayyy. If we get 2 diamonds - so be it.
Its great when we team work together but i dont think we need to get upset over 5 extra diamonds, i would scream for 10 diamonds though. I did feel pressured to level up when i really didn't have enough shards but that will never happen again. hell-no-smiley-emoticon s7926

Great discussion, girls!!! s8660 I've ran a little statistics about what we should ultimately aim for - all of us. In an ideal, 30 members tribe, the aim should be level 50 for every each member. (30 x 50 = 1,500). If we have 1 member not leveling at all, the rest of the tribe members should go level 51-52. If we have 2 members not leveling at all, the rest of the tribe should go level 53-54 each. If we have 3 members not leveling at all, the rest of the tribe should go level 55-56, each. I will go and take an other look for the tribe: right now we know Dani cannot level at all, the player "Kathy" - on of the entbrat - didn't level this time, but she usually levels between level 10-20; we have Eskimo (he actually cannot access the game, neither can I for technical reasons - it is temporary). Then we have a good 4 monsters cannot level higher than level 3-5 due to not having ethereal island going, yet. Sooo... If we would have 3 players cannot level at all, 4 others level to level 4, lets say, then here is what it would look like for the rest of us: 3 players not leveling = contributed total of 3 levels 4 player low leveling = contributed total of 4 x 4 = 16 levels. For math sake I take, that 7 members can bring 20 levels total in to tribal island. The rest of 23 members should aim for level 64, each, to make up for the other 7 small players. On the other hand, I think, we should concentrate on to do the most and best with our OWN monsters, we are actually responsible for and looking less and less what the others do on tribal island, since we have no power over those monsters. The fuller our ethereal islands get the more we can invest into our tribal monster. Even if we would have only 2/3rd of the tribe capable to level, the level 1,500 is achievable. Right now, I'm very happy that our tribe is reaching for the level 1,000 mark, and I think, it shows that we ARE growing stronger and stronger. It is only Friday, we will reach level 1,000 shortly, so we should STOP feeding our monsters and save the rest of the couple days worth of shards for the next round. I especially thank for FIREFLY-1DOODLE, EBONY-LILBEE-FIXACAR-ELLABELLA-TRULYADDICTED (did I miss someone, Lilbee?), DEE-1LUV for their effort to keep us going. And of course, for our TRIBAL CHIEF - MICHOU, who is doing an excellent job to better our tribe. The rest of us still have some "growing" to do. THANK you GIRLS!  |

I'm hoping our other entbrat levels up, but if it doesn't, I'll level up enough so we can reach level 1000 happy-yes-smiley-emoticon .
This entbrat has leveled up last week and for many weeks before that, so it will not be relesed from the tribe on Sunday, even if it doesn't level up.
