Fully understandable, no problem at all :) My practice is that i light torches up to 5 times unconditionnally with all my friends, then i either hold if there is no lighting back, or i continue without limit :) Hi, NWoL, you might already know about this, but you might want to check out this thread about lighting torches. Hi sandykay, Thanks for the info, I read through the other post and understood among other things how to make friends "favorite", finally! :) However I don't see the problem that several of you seem to see. When I go through my A-Z list, I see the same friends having lights to torch than in the "torches" list. But it is true that some friends light my torches, and I never lit back, because there never seems to be available torches to lit. Example is Michou3: I don't see any torch available to light on any of your islands, so I cannot light your torches. Is this correct (like you have hundreds of friends constantly lighting your torches)?  NOL |

Hi there, just want to say some of us noticed that the friends list does not always show the flame icon on left of name, when i visit them anyway (snooping around getting decor ideas & stuff) animated-laughing-smiley-emoticon there are torches to light. So i light them & go to the next one but some have torches not burning & the icon is not there indicating that i lit it already. That may be why, I have 6 torches on water trying for jeoode but rarely are all 6 lit. The only others i have are 2 on earth but i just put them there for decor, breeding & selling only quarresters there to build coins. Altho i have 23 friends rarely are my 8 torches lit at the same time. May be i'm not logging on as much past 2 weeks. so just keep trying, it will be just fine. All of my kool monster friends are doing just great, me sooo thankful for each of you lighting my flame.  Ohhh Norway... your ethereal island is just beautiful. I do love it. So neat & the sound is just great. two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon |

Thank you :) Ethereal is also my favorite music in the game.
I visited your islands and find them nice. I can see you are using your starpower and i have to say some of the starshop decorations are really cool. I need to buy some of them too, but now i need more starpower...
About the fact that the friends list does not always show the flame icon on left of name: now i get it. :) I have now seen the phenomenon for myself and find it strange... i have checked 1 friend who appeared in the list, i did not light his islands, and later he was not on the list, but i was still able to light one of his torches when visiting. I have no explanation...

NOL Hello NOL  , The reason you don't see any of my torches available for lighting is because I don't need the torches right now. From plant island to earth island, I breed rare quad with its regular counterpart to make sure I obtain a quad (I do this only to sell them off). On shugabush island, I breed deedge with shugabush, only to sell off the result. I sell off monsters because I have all the monsters I want on those islands (except for some rares and seasonal monsters). Then, there is ethereal island... I currently have at least one monster of each, so all I need to do now is breed 2-element ethereals together to populate the island (and for that, I don't need torches). However, I'll definitely activate the torches on cold island when the yool becomes available! running-around-smiley-emoticon Michou :| |

About my avatar, i agree. I was actually not pleased with it either (it scares me too!), but the customization does not work on my tablet, so i've changed it on my laptop. :) This looks a little more like me. Note: the moustache is only for Movember, it is normally not present! annatar: i have been living in Norway for close to 6 years. I don't feel norwegian though, and we are thinking about moving again, possibly to the usa. :) |
